From April 2015 all practices have been required to provide their patients with a named GP who has overall responsibility for the care and support that the surgery provides to them.
At the surgeries patients have been allocated a named GP (also called their usual GP) and they will be the GP with this responsibility. If you wish to know who your named GP is please ask a member of staff.
If you wish to change your named GP, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request.
You may continue to message or see any GP, regarding any problem or query you have.
